| Member Registeration is a 3 Step process .. |

| Step One : It contains a user agreement, where the user must 'AGREE' to in order to become the Member of WineAuctionPrices.com |

| Step Two : Once Step 1 is fulfilled, in Step No. 2 user details like 'Personal Information' is being entered into the system. |

| Step Three : Once Step 1 and Step 2 are completed successfully, Step 3 undetakes user's Credit Card validation. On successfull credit card validation the user becomes the member of WineAuctionPrices.com |
